Online Boot Camp


Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been particapting in an online boot camp hosted by Katie McFarland from (Mom’s Little Running Buddy). 

You might be wondering how this online bootcamp works,  well for Katie’s groups on every Sunday she would send us a list of work outs to complete along with a challenge for each day. For week 1 this is what we had to accomplish.  Also Katie would do quick demo's of the work out moves on her periscope so we could know how to complete them the correct way without getting hurt.
 
  During the second week everything was laid out again including the daily challenge which I liked very much. I found the challenge to be very helpful!
 During the course of this online boot camp I learned some new work out movements that I never knew before!
